FlyOne's plane takes off from Yerevan for first time in flight from Armenia to Istanbul

YEREVAN

A FlyOne passenger jet took off from Armenia to Turkiye for the first time Wednesday.

The plane departed from Yerevan International Zvartnots Airport at 6 p.m. local time and will land in Istanbul as part of the normalization process between Turkiye and Armenia.

A plane with 60 passengers will also make the Istanbul - Yerevan flight later tonight, according to company officials.
