Turkish police arrested a prime suspect accused of instigating the 2007 murder of Turkish-Armenian journalist Hrant Dink.
Erhan Tuncel, a former informant, has been at large since an arrest order was issued for him over a month ago after Turkey's High Court of Appeals overturned a previous court ruling for his acquittal.
Tuncel was among several defendants who were acquitted in 2012.
Dink's self-confessed killed, Ogun Samast, was sentenced to 23 years in prison by an Istanbul court in 2011.
On Wednesday a Turkish daily published an interview with Tuncel.
He told the daily he was not on the run but he had been preparing his defense.
He said he would disclose all the names with which he has been in contact, claiming that he was only "a small part" of the Dink assassination.
He also cited an organization which he said had prevented the truth from being revealed in the Dink case.(AA)
