Strange treatment on board

This is the passenger complein letter. They send a copy to our office and to different newspapers, they says that "who will listen our voice?"

During my last nigth boarding from Istanbul to Casablanc i faced a very harsh and unprofesional treatment from a host moroccowan lady crue member and her supervisor from the flight which caused to loose the flight with my business partner as ive been ordered from the crue to get off the flight the only reason because when i entered to the plane i was suprise that we have to sit separate as my partner is a handycup and as he needs a special care from me during the flight after ive been told from one of the crue member to go to very down to the plane and wait till the flight gets on this lady asked me where im going normaly.

I answered her but she unpolitely and without professionality with a loudly voice with pointing with her hand ordered me to go back i went but passengers where comming inside didnt have space to pass again she came to me and shouted on me in the same bad mood and crural way she did then i asked help from the supervisore he came to me instead trying to relax the situation he pushed me with his hand and she didnt even let him to anser me then ordered me to get off or take my seat by the time my seat was gone and someone else took it then with all the turning of the passengers to the situation i wanted to save my dignity and report to the other cabine crue but i think the supervisore went to the captain crue and then ordered me to get off after along time from the turkish crue as i exlained to them didnt change their mind and made me and my partner to loose our flight after a long time of the hardship now and my partner are in Istanbul lost our ticket and dont know what can we do ,,,,

Many passengers and the Turkish crue knows and witnessed what happened to us ,,,we want kindly to solve our problem otherwise we have to go to legal way to subtitute financialy and other rights to us ...

Im sure that from such kind of unprofesioanality and such treatments from some member crues your company will loose credibilities and will bring AirArabia bad reputations ...

Ive been traveling so many times in my life by different airlines to so many different destinations never had such kind of experiences and i hope your company will make a highly and professional investigation about what happened to us and more time we wait here more we loose our business relation with the company invited us in Morrocow ,,,,,
